Cancelling and Changing Your Reservation

When booking, you can choose from different rates, including flexible and non-refundable options.

Flexible Rate

If you choose a flexible rate, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date. If you cancel after this time, we will charge the cost of the first night. Cancellations must be communicated to us in writing (by email). We recommend always taking out travel and cancellation insurance for unexpected events.

Non-Refundable Rate

With a non-refundable rate, you cannot change or cancel your reservation. You will pay the full cost of the reservation, even if you don’t show up. We may charge your credit card for non-refundable bookings at any time after the reservation is made. Please ensure you can present the credit card used for the booking at check-in.

Booking via Another Website

Did you book through a travel agency or an online platform (like Booking.com or Expedia)? Then you’ll need to arrange your cancellation or modification directly through them.

No-Show

If you do not show up without cancelling (no-show), we will charge the total cost of your flexible reservation (excluding tourist tax). This also applies to non-refundable bookings.

Changing Your Reservation

Do you want to change your reservation? We cannot guarantee the availability or price of your original booking. To avoid late cancellation fees, we recommend notifying us of any changes at least 48 hours before the arrival date.
