Rates and Tourist Tax
The room rate you see when making your reservation is the price that applies to your booking. Unless otherwise stated (for example, if you have booked inclusive of breakfast), meals, drinks, and other extra services are not included in the room rate. All prices include service and VAT, and you pay in euros. We may adjust prices occasionally, but the price you received when making your reservation will remain valid for your booking. You pay the room rate, breakfast (if applicable), and tourist tax upon arrival. All other costs are paid at check-out.
Please note: tourist tax will be added. The amount of tourist tax may change between the time you book and the time you stay with us. You will pay the current tourist tax upon arrival.
Breakfast
- You can enjoy breakfast with us on weekdays between 7:30 AM and 10:30 AM, and on weekends between 8:00 AM and 10:30 AM
- Want to have breakfast earlier? Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
Check-in
- Your room is available from 2:00 PM. Please keep in mind that in exceptional situations, due to unforeseen circumstances, your room might be available slightly later.
- Want to check in earlier? You can leave your luggage with us (at your own risk). We’ll then check on the spot if your room is already ready.
Check-out
- You can check out until 11:00 AM.
- Want to leave your luggage for a bit after checking out? Just ask at the reception.
Payment
- Payment for the room is made in advance.
- The amount can be transferred in advance or paid upon arrival by debit or credit card.
- Any costs associated with certain payment methods (such as credit card and PayPal) will not be reimbursed by us, even in case of cancellation.
Pets
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at B&B Willem II.
Non-Smoking and Drug Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout B&B Willem II, including in all rooms and other indoor areas. We also want to point out that vaping (e-cigarettes) is not permitted anywhere in the B&B. The use of (soft) drugs is strictly forbidden, both inside and outside on the premises.
- In our garden, smoking is allowed. However, we kindly ask you to be mindful of other guests and rooms that might have open windows. Therefore, we request that you find a spot at the back of the garden when smoking.
- If we find evidence of smoking in your room or in the public areas, we reserve the right to take appropriate action.
Parking
- Our B&B doesn’t have its own parking facilities. You can park your car on the street (please note a maximum parking time of 1 hour) or in the nearby parking garages at Stationspark or Q-Park Orangerie. Please be aware that there are costs associated with parking in these garages. Reservations are not possible.

- Coming with a large group? Please send an email to info@bbwillemii.com to discuss the possibilities.
Own Risk Regarding Possessions
- The loss or theft of your belongings at B&B Willem II is at your own risk. We cannot be held liable for this.
Wifi
- We offer free WiFi throughout B&B Willem II. Please ask for the password at reception. While we do our best to ensure the WiFi works well, we cannot guarantee that the connection will always be available, fast, or secure. We are not responsible for the information you send or receive via our WiFi. It is not permitted to use our WiFi for illegal activities.
Minors
- The minimum age to book/check in with us is 18 years old. If you are a minor and not accompanied by someone aged 18 or older, B&B Willem II reserves the right to cancel your booking.
Your Privacy is Important
When you stay with us, we collect certain personal data. How we process this data is outlined in our Privacy Statement and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please note: if you arrived at our website via another booking site (such as Booking.com), they may also collect data through cookies. We have no control over this.
