What's your cancellation policy?
If you book directly with us, you can cancel free of charge up to 2 days (48 hours) before arrival. If you book via a partner, different conditions may apply.
Where can I park?
Unfortunately, we don’t have our own parking, but no worries! There are two parking garages nearby:
- Q-Park Orangerie (just 150 meters from our B&B), with a rate of approximately €18 per day. See: www.q-park.nl/nl-nl/parkeren/roermond/de-oranjerie/
- P1 Stationspark Parking Garage (400 meters away), where you can park for approximately €6.50 per day. See: www.p1.nl/parkeren/roermond/parkeergarage-stationspark
Can I check in earlier?
Rooms are available from 2:00 PM, but you are always welcome to drop off your luggage with us earlier. If your room is already ready, we’ll gladly check you in immediately.
Can I store my bike with you?
Your bike is more than welcome here! You can safely store it in our enclosed city garden. You access the garden via our B&B, so your bike will need to go up one step at the entrance.
How can I pay?
We prefer if you pay by debit card. It’s the most convenient for both us and you!
Is my pet welcome?
We understand you’d love to bring your pet, but unfortunately, it’s not possible here. Our rooms are simply not equipped for it.
Do you have a charging point for electric bikes?
Certainly, we offer charging facilities in our garden with an extension cord. Availability depends on the number of bikes. Due to fire hazard, it is not permitted to charge batteries in the room.
I'm arriving by train, how far is it to walk to the B&B?
Good news! B&B Willem II is a pleasant 3-minute walk from the station. You’ll be with us in no time!
I want to go shopping at the McArthurGlen outlet, is it within walking distance?
Absolutely! The McArthurGlen outlet is within walking distance. It’s about a 15-minute walk from our B&B, taking you right through the beautiful old city center of Roermond.
Do all rooms have air conditioning?
Yes, all rooms at B&B Willem II are equipped with air conditioning. This way, you can enjoy a wonderfully cool sleep, even during warm summer days.
Can I also give the B&B Willem II experience as a gift?
What a great idea! You can purchase a gift voucher from us and surprise someone with a wonderful stay at B&B Willem II. A perfect gift for a relaxing getaway!
Do you also accept group bookings?
Groups are very welcome here! Please contact us, so we can discuss the possibilities and ensure a pleasant stay.
Is it possible to stay longer at B&B Willem II?
